For years I lived entirely by the system’s rules— corporate jobs, chasing empty goals, seeking external validation and living inside a body completely forced to push through.
Until one night, first wake up call,
my soul remembered ecstasy & my body the sudden knowing of “This is it - this is what I want my life to feel like”
The second one was when I was in my deepest darkness— a night when I almost ended it all.
‘I want to live’ said something inside of me.
Yoga, movement, breathwork, dance, sex siren, butoh, somatics, trauma & energy work…
I learned to listen and honor the wisdom within me,
I learned how to allow my body to heal itself,
I learned how to alchemize everything into ecstasy,
but most importantly, I learned to quantum leap through every pattern, belief and conditioning from the old paradigm - to be able to recode my entire reality into what’s aligned with my soul, my purpose and the New World
I saw how everything is connected and how you can be fully liberated in one aspect - but that doesn’t necessarily makes you fully free from conditioning and if you’re not free from conditioning, you still operate from the old paradigm even if you’re intention is to create the new world.
I know what it's like to walk through fire, to unlearn the old, to allow your heart and soul lead through the discomfort of complete uncertainty - and to embody the New World in my work, my body, and my community.
Now I guide others through that same remembering — not to make them follow my path, but to awaken their own.
That's how The Ananda Ser Method was born.
Every layer inside THE TEMPLE is an invitation to reclaim your body as the oracle of your life, your embodied leadership as a living expression of liberation, and creation as the way to materialize the world we want to live in.
This work is a map back home to ourselves, so we can lead humanity toward liberation, love, pleasure, and purpose.
Liberation is an embodied frequency, and every body holds the codes of the New World.
