ANANDA SER

Agreements, Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 12-16-25

By selecting “agree,” making a payment, and signing up electronically, verbally, or in any other form, you confirm that you are entering into a legal agreement with Ananda Ser, according to the following Agreements, Terms & Conditions.

Cosmovision, Values & Responsibility

Ananda Ser is guided by a Cosmovision of liberation, regeneration, relational engagement and embodied responsibility.

Our work is guided by 4 pillars:

1. Decolonization / Regenerative Creation
2. Deep Sense of Connection
3. Non‑Dual Thinking & Holding Complexity
4. Trust & Reparation

These pillars express the values and skills we practice and embody. These are ways of relating, creating, and participating that shape how all Ananda Ser spaces are held.

By entering any Ananda Ser space, you acknowledge that:

  • This work may challenge existing beliefs, habits, identities, and relational patterns.
  • Discomfort and tension may arise as part of embodied learning.
  • Participation requires active engagement, self‑responsibility, and willingness to repair if impact or harm occurs.

This cosmovision isn't about perfection, but about practice and integrity.

Sacred Circle Agreements

All immersions, groups, retreats, and experiences at Ananda Ser operate within the agreements of the Sacred Circle. These agreements help us protect the energy within each space and cultivate trust and capacity for deep transformation within our community, since they apply specifically to live spaces, where embodied practice, emotional expression, and group dynamics are present.

1. Confidentiality & Relational Integrity

Confidentiality is our number one priority. What is shared within the circle stays within the circle. Personal stories, identities, emotional processes, and lived experiences shared in Ananda Ser spaces are not to be discussed outside the space without explicit consent through direct communication. Breaking confidentiality undermines trust and will be addressed directly.

This is our commitment to build trust in relationships.

 2. Speaking From Lived Experience

We agree to speak from our own lived experience using “I” or “we” statements. “You” statements may be interrupted and redirected by the facilitator to prevent projection, assumption or triangulation.

This supports non‑dual thinking, discernment, and radical responsibility.

3. Direct Communication & Repair

Any personal issue or discomfort is communicated directly with the person involved before being brought into a group space. This includes disagreements between all facilitators and guides.

We do not triangulate, gossip, or project.

Examples:

- Acceptable statements: "I had a hard time when I heard ________ say this."
- Unacceptable statements: "I can’t believe ________ said that because ---". This type of statement breaks both the confidentiality and direct communication agreements and speaking from lived experience. We commit to cultivate integrity and repair.

 4. Embodied Expression Over ‘Story’

You are invited to prioritize embodied awareness over mental storytelling.

Rather than narrating events from the mind. You are invited to speak about how challenging or joyful experiences move through you — and express through sound, movement, and words when necessary. "Story" takes us to the mind rather than the body.

This supports deep connection through presence and attunement.

 5. Polarization Awareness & Holding Complexity.

We pay attention to what draws us toward someone in the space and what pushes us away.

We practice moving beyond binary thinking and polarization, making space for multiple truths to coexist without bypass or moral superiority. Just because something is true for someone else doesn’t mean it’s true for you. However, we will respect others' truths, acknowledge any judgments that arise, and openly discuss them when needed.

We meet differences with curiosity.

 6. No Gossip / Triangulation

Revealing personal information about someone else that has not been shared with the whole group is not tolerated. All communication within a Sacred Circle should be expressible to the entire group. If it cannot be shared in the circle, don’t share it with anyone.

7. Nonviolent Communication (NVC)

When someone feels the need to express discomfort, needs, boundaries, or questions, we agree to practice Nonviolent Communication.

This includes:

- taking responsibility for your own experience
- naming observations without blame
- expressing feelings and needs honestly
- making clear, respectful requests

NVC is used as a relational tool for repair, clarity, and care, not as weapon or control.

Breaking Agreements

Breaking agreements — especially confidentiality, direct communication, or no‑gossip agreements — will result in a direct intervention and open conversation.

If repair or resolution is not possible, Ananda Ser reserves the right to limit or remove participation to protect the integrity of the space.

If removal from the space occurs, the refund policy below still applies.

Community Agreements

These agreements exist to protect the integrity of Ananda Ser ecosystem and cultivate collective care, since they apply to all community interactions, including online spaces, comments, messages, calls, immersions, and any environment connected to Ananda Ser.

Participation in this community requires a willingness to engage with accountability, nuance, and responsibility, understanding that liberation is a relational and collective practice.

Inside Ananda Ser, we understand that prejudice, racism, classism, sexism, ableism, or any form of discrimination or violence is not tolerated.

We are committed to:

  • dismantling oppressive, punitive, and extractive systems
  • challenging white supremacy culture (including perfectionism, individualism, either‑or thinking, defensiveness, fear of conflict, and power hoarding)
  • prioritizing Global Majority perspectives and lived experience
  • reintegrating both the matriarchy and patriarchy. As well as holding space for questioning any idea, philosophy or practice that could result in harm or negative impact within the community or a result of Ananda Ser's cosmovision.
  • self-regulate & care for our individual mind - body - soul system. And we agree to be authentic and present while taking 100% responsibility for individual experience and the implications of that (taking space when needed, asking for support if needed, using the tools and frameworks provided, etc)
  • engage with impact over intent, listen when harm is named, and participate in repair when needed.
  • honor our healthy boundaries and respect the boundaries others express. And we agree to refrain from any type of violence.
  • refrain from drugs and alcohol in our calls & immersions. In case of taking mood- altering prescription medication, the Lead Facilitator must be informed.

We are always practicing how to do better as Team Ananda Ser, as people are invited to share their lived experiences of any ethical failures or violations within this community.

Spaces and Experiences

Course / Program
An online, fully self-guided space where transformation emerges through personal engagement and practice.
Group Space

Guidance occurs during group calls and through complementary content. Facilitators can only address what arises within shared spaces.

1:1 Spaces

A space for individualized and deep guidance. Depth is co‑created and dependent on the client’s willingness and capacity.

Immersion

In‑person or online containers for deep embodied work.

Training

Unlike a retreat or immersion, Ananda Ser’s training takes place in an interactive, high-level environment focused on lived knowledge exchange and deep integration of your own mastery as guide / facilitator. The body is the training and main source of wisdom for deep integrated learning.

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential. Notes, audio, or video recordings are stored and kept secure and will not be shared without consent from the person(s) involved. Some notes and recordings may be shared only for promotional purposes while respecting the privacy and identity of the person(s) involved.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided in any space (including documents, images, audio, and video), are the intellectual property of Ananda Ser and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

Participants agree not to share, copy, distribute, broadcast, or sell materials for commercial or non-commercial purposes and understand that claiming the materials as their own is a violation of intellectual property rights.

EL TEMPLO
Access to the immersions, materials, resources, and practices within this space is granted for the agreed period of 12 months.
After this time, you may choose to continue within the space, with preferential access for Year 2 and subsequent years.

Upon leaving the space—whether due to payment cancellation or completion of the 12-month period—access will no longer be available.
EL TEMPLO is an experiential space; it is not an online course.

TRAINING
Lifetime access applies only to the materials and sessions belonging to the specific cohort of the training in which you are enrolled.

Once the training is completed, no access to additional materials (such as Body Wisdom), nor to any other immersions or experiences, will be granted.

How do you select a guide for your journey?

In Ananda Ser, we encourage you to ask about past experiences, techniques, and testimonials — and for you to do your own research before investing in a space or a mentor. We recommend you to invest in a space where you feel alignment in visions, values and standards for you to feel supported while being accountable for your process - and finally, trust your intuition.
