EMBODIED VISION

I always loved to question everything around me.

But until I started to tap into my body’s wisdom, it wasn’t just about questioning everything.

It was about having the capacity to act on it.

When my consciousness started to awaken I knew I didn’t want to have a 9-5 job.

I always hated what I did and always felt so empty, non sense and draining.

In a ecstatic dance I realized I didn’t want to live an empty life.

But I had no idea what to do.

When I found yoga I thought I found IT.

Something that connected me to my body, that was helping me to heal, and also something that gave me purpose ‘cause I saw how it could help others too.

But if I’m honest, I also was so confused. I learned that I could only make money by having a career in engineering. Yoga made me so happy so I started to teach. I was decided I would make it work no matter what.

I spent 3 years teaching, being in social media, sharing classes, experiences and retreats. But I would never make more than 500 usd a month and that wasn’t enough to support myself fully and my pets.

Sometimes I felt so drained, so tired. Other times I felt expansion, flow and a lot of creativity.

I started to learn what being a channel actually is.

The classes were I would just focus on being of service, were the most impactful for people.

The experiences / retreats I would create out of ‘downloads’ and ideas that came from listening to my intuition, where the most beautiful and life changing for the people.

At the same time and after learning about somatics for a while I felt that just teaching yoga wasn’t what I wanted anymore.

It got to the point that having a job + following this dream was too much. I started to burn out. I had the privilege to being able to quit and focus 100% in making Ananda Ser a profitable 'business'.

the reason was never the money, the reason was THE FREEDOM, the purpose, the fulfillment, the satisfaction of doing something that I loved everyday of my life and that made so much sense to me because it helped me to heal.

Yet, as soon as a quit, a lot of dreadful thoughts and anxiety started to appear as soon as I saw my savings account going empty.

It made no sense, i was doing everything ‘right’

I had clarity of what I wanted , I was selling my retreats. But it felt hard to sell them, to feel the uncertainty of not knowing what was coming after that. It felt hard feeling I didn't know how to make it ‘work’ so I could really live doing what I love.

So I decided to invest in business mentorship. I was so decided to make it work that I followed every strategy, every selling speech, every content strategy.

and something felt off, something felt gross.

I found a mentor for business + somatics - that’s exactly what I was looking for, I thought.

I learned how to connect to my body’s wisdom and then I realized why I was feeling so stuck.

I knew I had a weird relationship to money, but I couldn’t imagine it was so deep integrated in my beliefs and came deep from my ancestry.

I knew I was scared of being judged but I didn’t know how deep were my wounds and how my protection mechanisms would activate so no one would see my posts.

I learned how to step into my power and at the same time asking help from my guides.

I ended up going from 6k to 25k followers - yet something still felt off...

I was connecting to my body’s wisdom to be more grounded in my power and learn how to channel my anxiety and every emotion into fuel for what I wanted to create. But I was still following other people’s strategies and when I shared what I wanted to create and share with the world, it was dismissed as ‘not important’ because it wouldn’t make sense ‘business wise’.

I was so scared for my business not to work cause now I was fully depending on it that I just kept trying.

It wasn’t until I really went deeper into my layers and into my limiting beliefs, fears and wounds that I could remember my truth. That I started questioning everything again and realized that the conditioning from the capitalistic system was part of the healing, business and every world too.

I learned to trust my intuition again and remembered why I was doing what I was doing and how to be aware of the conditioning and what I didn’t want to replicate in the world.

The more I heal my fear of being seen, the easier it’s gotten to share my truth.

The more I heal my relationship to money and abundance, the safer I feel to follow my intuition because now I feel supported by it.

The more I connect to my power, my guides and my ancestors, the more clarity I get

And I realized it wasn’t just healing what I care about.

I care about sharing my soul’s desires.

I know somatics, movement, breathwork is part of that.

But now I know that also is dance , my voice and music to create art is what I also really want.

I can feel in my bones now that I’m connected to something greater than me.

That being a channel isn’t just about being a healer, a coach or in service of ‘healing’ and transformation, being a channel is just my capacity to be connected to source and experience this life creating what gives me goosebumps and makes my heart explode.

and most importantly, I know now what really abundance and prosperity means to me, I feel supported by money and everything around me. I know now with clarity that it isn’t just about ‘supporting yourself’ economically, but feeling abundant in every aspect of your life, in every moment of your day, in every connection and space, and that I have agency and power to choose what I want to create, how I want to share it with the world, how much money I need to fulfill my desires and needs, how I can create change in the world and how to honor my energy, my desires and being in co-creation with the universe.

The more I allow myself to go out of the box, the strategies and what others are doing, the more ease I feel, the more I don’t need to think what to create next because it’s a conversation between my soul, universe, people in my spaces and what I see in the world.

I’ve had the freedom with my time for so long ago, but now I’m feeling the peace, the ease, the revitalizing energy from being aligned to my truth.
